Delegates enter with their FQMUN Registration ID and final allocation details. Chairs, hosts and authorized staff can request access through the staff entrance. The actual committee call is embedded here.
Verified and assigned delegates are admitted automatically when their ID, committee and final country/personality match. If administration needs to make an exception, the request can be reviewed from the admin system.
Staff entrance: chairs, hosts and authorized staff may not have delegate registrations. Their request is sent to FQMUN administration. The room opens only after an administrator approves the request.
